Finding Nouf by Zoe Ferraris

This was a good mystery read, starting with a dead girl whose family is sort of trying to figure out what happened.  A friend of the family begins to investigate, along with the finance of the girl's brother.  The setting of Saudi Arabia is fascinating, as is the depiction of how the genders are forced to interact.  Even though I found it on a list of best books for young adults - and it is a good book with a fast-paced plot, it did not see appropriate for the jr. high level.
